World’s first motocross integrated mesh helmet from Cardo lands in the UK
Cardo claims to have launched the world’s first integrated mesh helmet for motocross and enduro riders, featuring JBL speakers, second-gen DMC technology, and a price of £695.

Cardo is promising to fill a “long-standing gap” in the off-road segment with its all-new Venture motorcycle helmet, which features integrated mesh technology and three levels of warranty coverage.
The new lid is now available in Canada, the United States, and other global markets including the UK, where it will cost customers £695.
Cardo Venture goes beyond traditional helmet communicators and is built with advanced safety in mind, while also being engineered for high-performance riding.
It makes use of Leatt’s 360-degree Turbine Technology, which is designed to reduce both impact forces and rotational acceleration.

That’s paired with a three-in-one safety system and four-density impact foam, giving the Venture helmet a comprehensive safety package for motocross and off-road riders.
The helmet also meets ECE 22.06 and DOT certification standards, and has been awarded the ACU Gold sticker in the UK, meaning it can be used for competitive racing.
In terms of communication, the Venture helmet allows groups to coordinate routes without the need to stop, which in most cases will extend riding time. Groups can communicate within a distance of one-mile, while live Bluetooth intercom is available, as is music sharing and over-the-air software updates.
The helmet features premium audio fed via JBL speakers, and second-gen Dynamic Mesh Communication (DMC) technology, which is the same platform used by the company’s premium road-going systems.
Emergency-release cheek pads, neck brace compatibility, and integrated hydration routing add a wide range of practical touches to the helmet, as does the ventilation system that’s designed to maximise airflow in slow-speed and high-intensity off-road riding conditions.

Additionally, the helmet comes with up to five years warranty coverage, and three years coverage regarding the lid’s technology. The helmet’s battery has a warranty of two years for European riders, and one-year for the rest of the world.
Finally, Cardo Venture uses a lightweight composite shell construction designed to reduce fatigue. An antimicrobial Ionic+ liner is also found inside the helmet, providing moisture-wicking and odor control, which will serve riders well particularly when riding in the summer.
Alon Lumbroso, Chief Executive Officer of Cardo Systems, said this about the new helmet:
“Bringing integrated communication to the off-road helmet segment isn’t just a product milestone for Cardo, it’s a true category shift. As part of our broader strategy to deliver next-generation smart helmet technology to the market, we are focused on creating fully integrated solutions that enhance performance, safety, and the overall rider experience.
“Off-road riding has always been about pushing limits, but communication has lagged behind, until now. For the first time, riders have a seamless way to stay connected in the most demanding off-road environments, fundamentally changing how they train, ride, and experience the sport together.”
