Rossi posts picture of his rod on Twitter
And allegedly it's green

VALENTINO Rossi posted a picture of the rod that was removed from his leg, following his crash at Mugello in 2010.
The rod was inserted into Rossi's right shin after he suffered a compound fracture to the bone, following a vicious highside from his Fiat Yamaha YZR-M1 during a Free Practice session at Mugello. The fracture put Rossi out for months and ruined his chances of another title.
Rossi said on his Twitter page: "Hey guys, here is the rod and screws that they removed from my leg. Didn't realize they were green!"
If we were him, we'd stick them on eBay.
