New KTM 1390 Super Duke GT finally expected in early 2027 following production delays
First unveiled at EICMA 2024, KTM’s latest-generation 1390 Super Duke GT is finally coming to dealerships worldwide.

KTM has revealed its new 2027 motorcycle range which will be on full display at next month’s EICMA show in Milan, Italy.
The new line-up will include the Austrian brand’s latest-generation 1390 Super Duke GT, which was first unveiled at EICMA 2024.
The new 1390 Super Duke GT was initially revealed as a 2025 model, however, KTM delayed production of the sports tourer, and many other models, due to its financial crisis which began two years ago.
But with KTM returning to profit for the first time in two years this summer, things are now looking up for the Bajaj Auto-owned company.

The all-new 1390 Super Duke GT receives the same 8.8-inch touchscreen TFT display as its predecessor, although it now features offline onboard map navigation, while a standard adjustable screen and integrated SP Connect mount round out the bike’s package.
According to KTM, seat comfort has also been reworked for riders spending longer days in the saddle, while the standard model is also joined by an Evo version.
The 2027 1390 Super Duke GT Evo features all of the above, as well as KTM’s Automated Manual Transmission (AMT), which removes the need for a clutch, giving riders the choice between manual gear selection or fully automatic shifting.
KTM says a broad selection of its new motorcycles will be displayed at EICMA, which begins on November 3, before heading to MCL26 at the NEC in Birmingham.
Joining the new sport-touring models within KTM’s 2027 line-up are the 1390 Super Duke R and 1390 Super Duke R Evo nakeds, both of which gain new colourways.

They also feature the same upgraded 8.8-inch touchscreen TFT dashboard as the Super Duke GT. Stopping power is also enhanced with an updated Brembo HyPure caliper setup.
KTM has not shared any images of its 2027 models thus far, but we can expect that to change at EICMA.
A new 390 Adventure R will be joined by the 2027 790 Adventure bike, as well as an updated 390 Adventure X, which is set to be revealed after EICMA.
Finally, KTM is also bringing two new SMC and Enduro models to the party, including the 390 SMC R and 125 SMC, alongside the 390 Enduro R and 125 Enduro models.
