Merlin adds four new lids to its helmet range
Merlin wants to become a top-to-toe motorcycle clothing brand, as it adds more new adventure and sport helmets to the range.

Merlin is stepping up its game for Autumn/Winter 2025, announcing four new helmets that continue the British brand’s evolution from premium apparel specialist to a full-fledged motorcycle gear powerhouse.
The latest additions include two all-new carbon fibre models and refreshed designs for the popular Revival and Torres lines — all meeting the latest ECE 22.06 safety standards.
Revival Vintage Full Face – Carbon Matt & Vintage White

The Revival range gets an upgrade with the introduction of a full carbon fibre version, the Revival Carbon Matt (£329.99). It’s a blend of retro style and modern materials, featuring a 3K carbon shell bonded with military-grade resin. Despite its classic silhouette, it features Bluetooth-ready internals, a Pinlock-prepped OptiClear visor, and ventilation channels through the EPS liner.

For those chasing more timeless looks over raw weave carbon, the Revival Vintage White (£199.99) keeps things classic. Its fibreglass composite shell maintains the vintage shape with a glossy white finish and retro detailing, while still ticking the safety and comfort boxes with removable liners, Double-D ring fastening, and a UV-protective visor.
Torres Adventure Full Face – Carbon Matt & Matt Blue

The Torres Adventure Carbon Matt (£349.99) aims at the dual-sport segment, combining carbon construction with a shape that is claimed to be aerodynamic and built for stability on long-distance rides. Inside, you’ll find a Coolmax liner, an internal sun visor, and full Bluetooth compatibility.

The Torres Matt Blue (£279.99) offers the same spec in a fibreglass shell, finished in an eye-catching matt blue. Both Torres models feature removable peaks, reflective trim, and EPS-channelled ventilation for long-distance comfort.
Merlin’s Next Chapter
“These new models represent our commitment to safety, quality, and design excellence,” said James Franklin, Merlin’s Brand & Product Director. “We’re growing our helmet offering to match our reputation in motorcycle apparel.”
