HJC reveals new F100 Ant-Man helmet
South Korean helmet maker HJC is bringing its latest Marvel creation to Europe, albeit in limited form.

HJC Helmets has revealed a brand-new F100 Ant-Man Marvel lid, which will be available to buy at selected stores across Europe, but you will need to be quick.
That’s because the new modular helmet will be released in limited form, although the South Korean company has not said how limited it is exactly.
The new helmet is priced at €499 (around £440), and comes with a redesigned sun shield mechanism that extends to 8mm for improved UV protection.
Being a modular helmet, the new lid can be worn as either a full-face or open-face. It does that by using the brand’s premium rotating system, which HJC claims “is lighter than most modular helmets on the market”.

It also features an aerodynamic shell designed for stability at high speeds, with HJC also saying “the helmet combines performance with comfort”.
There’s not a huge amount of ventilation ports available with the F100 Ant-Man helmet, but given its ability to go from full-face to open-face, that’s not exactly a surprise. It gets two inlets and one exhaust outlet.
It also benefits from a Pinlock Ready HJ-45 Visor which provides 99 per cent UV protection, according to HJC. It is also anti-scratch coated.
The crown and cheek pads are both removable and washable, while the new helmet also comes with a chin curtain and breath deflector as standard.
The new F100 Ant-Man helmet arrives as the second lid within HJC’s Marvel range, joining the Venom 3 design that’s featured on the RPHA 12 model.
