Stark Varg SM Sköll is a blacked-out limited 80bhp supermoto
Stark's Varg SM Sköll is limited to 500 bikes, gets 80bhp, titanium parts and an all-black finish, with UK prices starting at £12,990.
Stark Future has revealed the Varg SM Sköll, a limited-edition version of its electric supermoto with an all-black finish, a 1.1kg weight saving and the full 80bhp Alpha specification.
Only 500 Sköll models will be produced worldwide, with no second production run planned. First deliveries are due from October 2026, and the UK price is £12,990.
The Sköll is based on the existing Varg SM rather than being an all-new model. It retains the same steel frame, carbon-fibre front subframe, structural 7.2kWh battery and single-speed electric drivetrain.
The weight saving comes from two changes. The standard footpegs are replaced by 3D-printed titanium items, saving 140g, while a full titanium bolt kit removes another 900g. That takes the claimed weight from 124.5kg for the standard Varg SM to 123.4kg.
Stark says the reduced weight should make the bike more agile and easier to lift onto the front wheel, although the company hasn't made changes to the suspension, wheels or other rotating components.
The Sköll also gets the 80bhp Alpha powertrain specification, along with Dynamic Traction Control as standard. Power delivery, traction control and regenerative braking can all be adjusted, with the various settings changed from the handlebar while riding.
Stark claims 914Nm (674lb-ft) of torque at the rear wheel, and as with the regular Varg SM, there's no gearbox or clutch, with the motor driving the rear wheel through a single-speed transmission.
The biggest visual change is the finish. Stark has used anodising, powder coating and other treatments to turn almost every component black, including the triple clamps, steering stem, swingarm, motor housing, inverter and charging port cap. The triple clamps are individually numbered and engraved for the limited edition.
The gold RK chain is the deliberate exception, paired with a 7075 T6 aluminium rear sprocket.
The rest of the specification remains familiar, including KYB suspension with a 48mm closed-cartridge fork and adjustable rear shock, Brembo brakes and Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tyres. The Arkenstone display provides navigation, GPX recording, lap timing and over-the-air updates.
Stark claims a range of 183km in urban use, 118km suburban and 81km under WMTC. Charging from a 240V supply takes a claimed two hours using the 3.3kW portable charger.
The Varg SM Sköll is road legal and retains the Varg SM's European A1 licence compatibility based on continuous-power measurement.
At £12,990, the Sköll costs more than the standard Varg SM in return for the Alpha specification, titanium components and limited-edition treatment.
