Royal Enfield reveals new Himalayan Base Camp - Lakadh Edition
Royal Enfield has revealed a new Himalayan base camp event in Ladakh, India, which can be followed by a full week of riding.

Royal Enfield is set to host a three-day festival in Lakadh, India, later this year, which can be followed by a full week of riding as part of Moto Himalaya 2026.
Described as “the Ultimate Himalayan Bucket List experience” by Royal Enfield, Moto Himalaya allows motorcyclists to ride through some of the highest mountain passes in the world.
The week-long ride will cover around 1,500 km on Himalayan 450 machinery, and it will include routes alongside lakes and through various valleys. The Moto Himalaya 2026 event will take place on 4-14 September. However, if you’re interested in booking the event sooner, and separate from the festival, then there are two 10-day events in July that are also available.

Meanwhile, the three-day Himalayan Base Camp - Lakadh Edition festival will take place on 4-6 September. Whether you’re a keen rider, or someone that simply enjoys adventure, Royal Enfield says the event is open to anyone looking for a “three-day immersive community confluence”.
Set at 11,480 feet in Leh, Ladakh, attendees can take part in a range of expeditions, skill-based workshops, expert-led sessions and various travel, sport, and lifestyle-based adventure challenges.

Mohit Dhar Jayal, Chief Brand Officer, Royal Enfield, said this about the inaugural event in Lakadh, India:
“The Himalayan Base Camp is a rendezvous point for all adventurers, regardless of whether they are driven by horsepower, willpower or their own two feet. The program combines action, instruction and a variety of expeditions that will take adventurers out of their comfort zone - and bring them back to base with a whole new set of skills and experiences.”
Registrations to book your place on the three-day festival are open as we speak, while the Moto Himalaya 2026 motorcycle riding experience can also be booked on the official Royal Enfield website.
