Oxford’s popular heated grips upgraded for 2026
Oxford Products updates its perennially popular heated grips with settings for thick-gloved riders.

A staple bit of kit for year-round riders for more than a decade, Oxford’s HotGrips have been updated to include two additional heat settings aimed at riders with thick gloves.
The new HotGrips Pro 2.0 grips have five ‘smart’ settings: Red 55°C, Purple 50°C, Green 45°C, White 40°C, Blue 35°C.
Manufactured from silicone, the grips’ lifespan are up to 200-percent longer than previous versions. And the “intelligent heat setting memory function” remembers your grip setting if you shut the bike off.
Old-school riders will be delighted by the fact that grips’ controller is no longer the ugly button panel that we had to mount to the handlebars. For some time now, the controller has been a more aesthetically pleasing and easier-to-use integrated button on the left grip. An LED light tells you what setting you’re at.

As has long been the case, HotGrips Pro 2.0 grips shut themselves off when you turn off your bike, so they won’t drain your battery. These new grips also feature an additional battery-saving mode for bikes with lithium batteries.
There are three different types of HotGrips Pro 2.0 grips, tailored to suit your specific kind of motorcycle:
HotGrips Pro 2.0 Adventure feature a hex tread pattern to better absorb vibrations. The grips are 132 mm long but can be trimmed to 123, 120 or 117 mm.
HotGrips Pro 2.0 Touring have a similar tread pattern to the Adventure grips. Length is 125 mm and can be trimmed to 120 or 115 mm.
HotGrips Pro 2.0 Sports have a knurling tread pattern. Length is 132 mm and they can be trimmed to 120, or 115 mm.
