The 2026 Benelli BN 125 arrives with four colour options, an engine that meets Euro5+ standards, and a price that undercuts the likes of Honda’s CB125R and the Yamaha MT-125.

The CB125R, which was the best-selling naked in the UK during the months of February and July of last year, is currently priced at £4,799. The Yamaha MT-125 goes beyond the £5k figure, with a price of £5,300. However, Benelli’s new naked, which it says features “Italian streetfighter style”, will cost British riders just £2,599.

At the heart of the 2026 model is the company’s 125cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 11bhp at 9,500rpm and 7Ib-ft of torque at 7,000rpm.

One of the areas where the new BN 125 stands out the most is its impressive fuel economy. The new model claims to use 1.7 litres per 100km (62 miles), from its 13.5-litre tank.

Designed in Pesaro, Italy, the BN 125 was first launched in 2022, and according to a press release from the Chinese-owned brand it has “consistently [been] one of the UK’s biggest selling 125s since it was introduced and the fourth largest-selling naked bike of all capacities in 2025 thanks to its potent mix of performance, styling and value”.

The BN 125 receives a seat height of 780mm and a curb weight of 142kg, while its seat-footpeg-handlebar triangle has been “optimised for control and long-term comfort”.

The new model also benefits from an LCD display, which offers information such as engine revs, gear position, fuel range, trip counters and more.

Benelli’s BN 125 makes use of a steel trellis frame, while the suspension is handled by 35mm upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock that’s adjustable for spring preload. Stopping power comes in the shape of a 260mm front disc and 240mm rear disc, which feature a Combined Braking System (CBS). Finally, 17-inch lightweight alloy wheels are fitted with 110/80 (front) and 130/70 (rear) tyres.

The four new colours include Pure White, Midnight Black, Pastel Grey, and Blaze Yellow.
