QJMotor reveals SRK 800 Dark Edition, but here’s the catch
QJMotor has revealed a new SRK 800 Dark Edition, but sadly, it’s only coming to France - for now at least!

QJMotor has revealed a new Dark variant of its SRK 800 naked model, but there’s a pretty big stumbling block to owning one if you live outside of France, for now at least.
2025 has been a big year for QJMotor, with its global expansion resulting in a 16-model line-up arriving in the UK over the summer.
Its growth has also been strong in other markets, including France where this new SRK 800 Dark Edition is specifically heading first. So unless you fancy taking the ferry across the channel over the Christmas period, then you’re unlikely to be getting your hands on one until it potentially comes to the UK.
What’s more, the new Dark edition, which arguably looks even more appealing than the standard model, will be available at a lower price. Available from December, it will cost French customers €6,799, which converts to around £5,970.
That would have made it around £730 cheaper than the standard SRK 800, had the new Dark Edition arrived in the UK.

Some of the reduction in price is also because of tweaks beyond just the colour change. Marzocchi suspension is removed, although the Dark Edition retains its upside-down front fork and rear shock set-up, which also remains adjustable.
It also keeps its full Brembo braking system at the front and rear, as well as ABS. The new variant is unchanged in many other areas, including the engine as it produces 93.6 bhp at 10,000rpm and 55.3 Ib-ft of torque at 8,500rpm from its inline-four-cylinder power unit.
This isn’t the first time that France has made us envy with one of its Dark Edition releases, as BMW also revealed new F900 GS and R1300 GS models specifically for French customers earlier this year.
