Kawasaki Z650 S and Z900 gain three new colours for 2027
Kawasaki has revealed a long list of colour updates across its middleweight Z650 S and Z900, with both models gaining three new options, two of which are identical.

Kawasaki’s large colour reset for 2027 has now filtered its way down to the company’s naked range, with both the recently-introduced Z650 S and Z900 receiving a fresh palette.

When it comes to 650cc models, Team Green arguably has more experience with the platform than any other manufacturer.
And for 2026, Kawasaki revealed the new Z650 S with several changes in mind, one of which included the bike’s styling.
Within that was the addition of more modern lines, although the overall look still harps back to its trademark Sugomi styling. For 2027 that is no different, although customers do have some new colourways to get excited about.

They are Ebony/Metallic Carbon Gray, Candy Persimmon Red/Metallic Carbon Gray, and Pearl Blizzard White/Ebony/Candy Lime Green Type 3.
Beyond the new suite of colours, the bike remains the same from a mechanical and technical standpoint, which has been the case for many of the updated 2027 models, thus far.
That's also the same regarding the Z900, which gains the same Ebony/Metallic Carbon Gray, and Candy Persimmon Red/Metallic Carbon Gray options. However, it also receives a Pearl Blizzard White/Plasma Lime Green/Ebony colourway.
These three colours can all be found aboard the standard Z900 and the A2 license-restricted variant.
Meanwhile, the higher-spec Z900 SE will be available in a Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Gray/Metallic Matte Carbon Gray/Golden Blazed Green option.

The Z900 SE makes use of Brembo brakes which the standard model does not, while also gaining Ohlins suspension.
