At the end of January, MV Agusta unveiled the all-new Rush Titanio hyper naked, although key details about the bike were left unconfirmed at the time.

Those details have now been revealed, including maximum power and torque figures, as well as what suspension the new limited-edition model will be using.

Starting with the bike’s power and torque numbers, the new model features a 1,000cc inline-four engine that produces 198bhp at 13,500rpm. However, that’s with a standard exhaust. For those who choose the Arrow Titanium slip-on system, which is also homologated for road use, power gets bumped up to 203bhp at 14,000rpm.

The Euro5+ compliant power unit also produces a maximum of 85.5 Ib-ft of torque at 11,000rpm. Key updates with the engine include new camshafts, revised engine mapping, improved throttle sensitivity, optimised gearbox ratios, and a shorter final drive ratio, which is designed to offer better acceleration and responsiveness.

Next up is the suspension, with the Rush Titanio debuting the latest evolution of the Ohlins Smart EC 3 semi-active system.

The new hardware also gains Ohlins’ advanced Spool Valve technology, which is said to deliver “actuator response up to seven times faster than the previous needle-valve architecture”.

A new Event-Based Control software platform has also been introduced, which analyses riding dynamics in real time and integrates seamlessly with ABS, Traction Control, and Wheelie Control systems.

Stopping power is handled by Brembo at both ends of the bike, with 320mm twin discs and a four-piston Stylema caliper found up front. At the rear is a two-piston caliper which bites down on a 220mm single disc.

For those that might have missed the company’s initial reveal of the new Rush Titanio, MV has sprinkled a heavy amount of titanium across several areas of the bike, including the engine which features a total of 16 radial titanium valves and four forged titanium connecting rods.

The new Arrow slip-on exhaust is also made of titanium, which is seen wearing the MV Agusta logo on it.

The new bike is set to arrive with a price of €44,900 which is around £39,100. Production is scheduled to start in July this year.
