Jack Reacher star Alan Ritchson reported to be working on MotoGP heist thriller
Alan Ritchson, better known as the man who plays Jack Reacher, is reportedly starring in a MotoGP heist film, with Fast & Furious writer Chris Morgan also involved.

Hollywood is having another crack at a MotoGP movie, with the Jack Reacher star, Alan Ritchson, reported to be playing a starring role.
According to the movie and entertainment website Deadline, the film will take the shape of a "heist thriller", so quite how MotoGP fits into all this remains to be seen.
Deadline goes on to name the Fast & Furious writer Chris Morgan as also being involved in the film. Unnamed sources have apparently told the outlet that Ritchson and Netflix have teamed up on a creative partnership through his Dancing Skeleton production company, and that the first project will be this as-yet-untitled heist thriller set in the world of MotoGP.
It goes on to claim that the story will centre on a gang of robbers who steal priceless antiques. Obviously, a former MotoGP racer would be the first person you’d think of to catch them, which is where Ritchson comes into the story.

The film is said to have the full backing of MotoGP, even going as far as signing a deal with the producers to help them with production, filming and authenticity.
The news of the film comes not long after Hollywood went to the TT, with this year's races seeing Channing Tatum, Brad Pitt and a horde of film crew and extras descending on the Island.
Pitt, who starred in the Lewis Hamilton-backed F1 movie, is helping to produce the TT film through his production company, Plan B Entertainment.
