Brand-new KTM 1390 Super Duke RR revealed
The new 1390 Super Duke RR arrives as the most extreme evolution of what KTM calls its “hyper naked philosophy”.

KTM has unveiled its new 1390 Super Duke RR, which lands as a more extreme version of the 1390 Super Duke R.
Right off the bat, KTM hides very little about the new hyper naked, which saves a whopping 11kg compared to the above-mentioned 1390 Super Duke R. Some of that comes through the extensive use of carbon fibre parts, while suspension duties are handled by WP Pro Components, which feature MotoGP-derived technology.
The bike also gets forged wheels, as well as Michelin Power GP Hypersport tyres, which “offer a whole new level of riding”, according to KTM.
But as we learn more about this bike, the level of extreme only ramps up. The 1390 Super Duke RR uses Brembo HyPure Sport front brake calipers for its stopping power, rather than the Brembo Stylema calipers housed by the R variant. At the rear is the same Brembo twin-piston caliper on both models.

With a heavy dose of “class-leading technology” added to the new RR variant, KTM goes on to say that the new model “stakes a claim to having the most complete electronics package ever fitted to a street-going KTM with all Tech Pack features unlocked as standard”.
The Tech Pack is the company’s most complete street-based electronics package, which includes features such as motor slip regulation (MSR), a quickshifter+, suspension pro, adaptive brake light, engine brake control (EBC), and cruise control.

Additionally, the RR model debuts an all-new 8.8-inch touchscreen TFT dashboard, which features a new lap timer and telemetry stats within Track Mode. It also receives an all-new Beast Mode function. According to KTM, these work together with the usual spread of Rider Aids, Ride Modes and ABS functions.
The new 1390 Super Duke RR shares the LC8 V-twin engine with the R model, which produces 187bhp and 107 Ib-ft of torque.

The new bike is priced at £24,999 and will be available in KTM dealers from late April 2026. However, the UK will receive just 40 of 350 units worldwide.
