Alpinestars has lifted the covers on its Spring 2026 All Terra collection, a 15-piece adventure and dual-sport range aimed squarely at riders who don’t stop when the weather turns, or the asphalt ends.

The Italian brand says the new kit has been developed to cope with sustained rain, high heat, cold snaps and the kind of terrain that chews up knobbly tyres. According to the brand, testing has taken place in Southeast Asia’s humidity, North American desert heat and in the Andes, with the focus on waterproofing, breathability and long-distance comfort rather than just headline specs.

In total, there are 15 new styles and 42 colourways. The range covers jackets, trousers, gloves, boots, backpacks and technical base pieces, with a clear split between laminated, all-weather touring kit and lighter, more aggressive dual-sport gear. A new Maxdura line sits at the heart of the off-road side of the collection.

Adventure touring: laminated shells and Level 2 armour

At the more road-biased end of the scale, the Andes Pro Drystar XF jacket and trousers use a three-layer stretch Drystar XF laminated shell. The idea is simple: fixed waterproofing, direct ventilation and fewer soggy outer layers after a day in the rain. There’s a detachable thermal liner for colder conditions, multiple ventilation ports for warmer ones, and Level 2 Nucleon Flex Pro armour as standard.

The Cusco Drystar jacket and trousers take a slightly lighter, two-season approach. Instead of a laminated outer, they use a removable Drystar waterproof liner, which should make them more adaptable in mixed conditions and potentially easier to live with for commuting and touring duties. Again, Level 2 Nucleon Flex Pro protection is part of the package.

For riders who clock serious miles in serious weather, the Nazca 3L Gore-Tex Pro trousers (short variant) step things up. They use a three-layer Gore-Tex Pro laminated construction with stretch panels for improved mobility, SuperFabric reinforcements in impact zones and Level 2 Nucleon Plasma Pro armour. As you’d expect with Gore-Tex Pro, they’re backed by the brand’s “Guaranteed To Keep You Dry” promise, along with a lifetime waterproof guarantee from Gore-Tex.

The Explore AST trousers – and the women’s-specific Stella version – are pitched more at warm-weather adventure riding. They use a breathable stretch chassis with ripstop reinforcements in high-wear areas, prioritising mobility and airflow over full winter touring insulation.

Across the range, Alpinestars is leaning heavily on its in-house Nucleon armour family, with Level 2 protection common throughout. Many of the jackets are also Tech-Air® Ready, meaning they’re compatible with the firm’s airbag systems for riders who want to add that extra layer of impact mitigation.

Maxdura: built for harder riding

The Maxdura Drystar XF Laminated Armoured Shell uses a lightweight, three-layer Drystar XF stretch laminated outer, designed to deliver fixed waterproofing without sacrificing flexibility. It’s intended to be worn as a standalone shell in wet conditions or layered over lighter kit.

Underneath that sits the Maxdura Dual Jersey, which combines abrasion-resistant stretch sleeves and padding with a fully ventilated mesh torso. It’s built for high-intensity off-road riding where airflow matters, but durability can’t be an afterthought. Integrated storage pockets add a bit of practicality for longer days out.

The matching Maxdura Dual trousers use a breathable stretch main fabric with reinforcement in key impact zones. Leather panels on the inner knees are there for grip and abrasion resistance when standing on the pegs, while adjustable Nucleon Flex Plus knee armour and Bioflex hip protectors handle impact duties.

Australian off-road rider Adam Riemann has been testing the Maxdura kit in both European hard enduro conditions and the Australian summer, covering around 400km of predominantly sandy terrain. His feedback centres on the versatility of the setup: a single base outfit that can be layered up with the Maxdura jacket or down for hotter rides, without switching to a completely different system.

Gloves, boots and the bits in between

The Manti Air gloves are designed for hot-weather adventure and road riding, using a 3D stretch mesh upper for ventilation and a synthetic suede palm to reduce hotspots. Knuckle protection is integrated via a seamless injected system with perforations to maintain airflow.

The Durack gloves take a slightly more dual-sport focus. They use a spandex backhand for flexibility, a synthetic suede palm for durability and a divided knuckle design with direct-injection TPR on the lateral knuckles. Five millimetres of padding over the medial knuckles rounds things out.

On the footwear side, the Belize V2 Drystar boots update Alpinestars’ mid-height adventure offering. They incorporate a Drystar waterproof membrane beneath a suede and coated leather upper, along with a revised quick-release lateral ankle closure system featuring polymer buckles and a memory ratchet. An exclusive vulcanised rubber sole is designed to offer grip both on the pegs and when walking through technical sections.

Rounding things off is the All Terra AT-15 backpack, built from 900D fabric with expandable storage and a Molle-compatible panel for modular attachments. A magnetic chest lock and multi-adjustable harness aim to keep it stable during aggressive riding, and a packable rain cover is included as standard.

There’s also Buff Nazca Neckwear made from recycled EcoStretch fabric, offering UPF 50 sun protection and moisture management for hot-weather use.

The collection is available now through authorised dealers worldwide, with pricing varying by market. More information can be found on the official website.
