1971 Triumph TR6C features in new Bruce Springsteen film
A vintage Triumph TR6C from the 1970s is starring in a new Bruce Springsteen movie.

Triumph is of course best known for its motorcycles, however, it has also had many of its bikes used in major film appearances, just like this 1971 Triumph TR6C motorcycle.
The vintage motorcycle is ridden by American actor Jeremy Allen White, who portrays famous musician Bruce Springsteen, in the new “Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere” movie.
The film is currently available to watch in cinemas across the UK, after debuting at the Telluride Film Festival in Colorado. That was then followed by a premiere screening and event at the New York Film Festival.
20th Century Studios, formerly known as 20th Century Fox, is the film production company behind the new movie, which chronicles the making of Bruce Springsteen’s 1982 “Nebraska” album.
According to Triumph, it was “recorded on a four-track recorder in Springsteen’s New Jersey bedroom, the album marked a pivotal time in his life and is considered one of his most enduring works; a raw, haunted acoustic record populated by lost souls searching for a reason to believe”.
As I mentioned earlier, Triumph motorcycles have been used in movies for years. Some of those appearances have unsurprisingly been centred around fast-paced action scenes, including the Triumph Speed Triple ridden by Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible II.

That was also the case for the company’s Scrambler 1200 and Tiger 900 machines which were used in the No Time To Die, James Bond film. Other notable films that featured Triumph motorcycles include the 2015 Jurassic World movie, and The Wild One (1953), where a Triumph Thunderbird 6T motorcycle was used.
