Honda's legendary V4 engine has been a mainstay of Honda's range more several decades now and its widely seen as being one of the best power plants ever made. With a lovely throaty sound and plenty of torque which means that it's really forgiving and pulls like a train in every gear. With the huge success that Honda had with the VFR800F, it was a natural progression for them to develop a crossover variant which took advantage of V4 engine. The Crossrunner was born in 2011 and although it's original design didn't hit the mark with remarks about it looking like a jet ski, the new facelift model really did capture the hearts of the bike buying public. It looks and proportions were spot on and ever since it's been a real contender to any other manufacturer's offerings.
On offer here we've managed to secure ourselves this outstanding example of Honda's new and current shape VFR800X Crossrunner. It is equipped with ABS brakes as a factory standard option. In addition, there are a pair of Honda's smart integrated heated handlebar grips in place of the standard ones. There are controlled with a neat heat controller switch that is built in to the switch itself and offer the heat setting display in the digital clock panel itself. The owner has taken care of it by keeping the servicing up to date so it is accompanied with a full service history and even has a genuine Honda tank protector on it as well.
Having been first registered in June 2016 and having 16k miles on the clock, it's certainly a steel for someone. Being factory finished in the gorgeous Candy Arcadian Red Metallic colour option it certainly is the one to have and unlikely to hang around.
