Henry Cole is selling his Honda GL1800 Gold Wing DCT

The Motorbike Show presenter, Henry Cole, is selling his Honda GL1800 Gold Wing DCT motorcycle through Honda’s largest UK dealer.

It’s unclear whether the sale is related to Cole’s recent health issues, however, the motorcycle has been made available through Doble Motorcycles, which is the same company that sold the GL1800 Gold Wing DCT to Cole in July.

Cole was forced to abandon his expected appearance at Museum Live 2026, hosted by the National Motorcycle Museum last weekend, after revealing he had gut cancer in September.

Cole will continue his recovery over the remainder of 2026 before appearing at live shows in early 2027.

In the meantime, Cole is selling his 2026 GL1800 Gold Wing DCT bike, which has accumulated just 55 miles, for £23,499.

Powering the bike is a 1,833cc six-cylinder engine that produces 124.7bhp at 5,500rpm and 125 Ib-ft of torque at 4,500rpm. 

Featuring LED’s in both the headlight and taillight, a 745mm seat height, and a seven-inch TFT display, the GL1800 Gold Wing DCT also includes Bluetooth Audio along with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto Wireless connectivity.

The Honda Selectable Torque Control and Cruise Control rider aids also come as standard equipment aboard the luxury tourer. 

Cole’s GL1800 Gold Wing comes in a Matt Bullet Silver Metallic colourway, alongside a warranty until July 9, 2032.
