Triumph Daytona 660 gets series of updates for 2026
The Triumph Daytona 660 has received a number of technical and styling updates for 2026.

2026 is a year of change of the Triumph Daytona 660, with several updated being brought to the middleweight sports bike for this year.
Triumph first introduced the Daytona 660 back in 2024 after months of speculation over a new Daytona model being launched.

The updates for this year include a number of technical evolutions, as well as styling update, as three new colour options are introduced.
Starting with those colours, the standard choice is Sapphire Black, Cosmic Yellow and Sapphire Black and Aluminium Silver and Sapphire Black are also available as what Triumph is calling “premium” options.
On the technical side, there are new tyres – Metzeler M9RRs to be precise – as well as Triumph Shift Assist included as standard, and adjustable suspension front and rear from Showa – including a 41mm front fork.
Engine performance remains unchanged for this year with a maximum power output of 94bhp, and 51lb-ft of peak torque – 80 per cent of which is available throughout the rev range, Triumph says (peak is achieved at 8,250rpm).
Bike characteristics can be adjusted for condition and preference by changing riding mode between the three options: Sport, Road and Rain. There are also different traction control settings to choose from, and this is all navigable via the colour TFT display. My Triumph Connectivity is also available as an accessory for turn-by-turn navigation and other mobile functions such as music and call control.

“The Daytona 660 was introduced in 2024 with the vision of growing the middleweight sport bike scene,” said Paul Stroud, Chief Commercial Officer at Triumph Motorcycles.
“The Daytona 660 has quickly established itself as a standout contender in the middleweight sport category, proving its capability not only on the road but also on the racetrack, where it has already enjoyed impressive success.
“Using learnings from our Triumph Factory Racing programme, we are introducing specific upgrades which have been carefully crafted to enhance the Daytona’s characteristics and light, agile, sporty feel.
“Our goal is to ultimately attract new, younger riders to the Triumph brand, and these 2026 updates reinforce the Daytona 660’s position as one of the most exciting and cool sport bikes in its class.”
The 2026 Triumph Daytona 660 is expected to land in dealers from April 2026 with prices starting at £8,995.
