CRESCENT SUZUKI has unveiled the GSX-R1000 that John Hopkins and Leon Camier will ride in the team's step-up to the World Superbike championship.

The 2012 GSX-R1000 has been built in collaboration with Japanese tuning house Yoshimura.

Crescent Suzuki were unable to keep the Samsung sponsorship from their campaign in the British Superbike series, but they have managed to secure backing from London based foreign exchange company - Fixi, who will feature prominently on the blue and white GSX-R1000s.

The bikes are heading to Australia where Hopkins and Camier will undergo two tests at Phillip Island before the season opens at the same circuit on 24-26 February.
