QJMotor launch new SRT 900 adventure bikes in the UK

QJMotor’s presence in the UK continues to grow with the addition of two new adventure models, which feature many of the same features. 

The main differences between the new SRT 900 S and SX bikes are centred around the wheels. The S model gets cast aluminium 17-inch wheels front and back and is the more road-focussed of the two, while the SX model gains tubeless spoked wheels with a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear, along with adding a three-piece hard luggage system as standard.

Pricing is also slightly different between both bikes, with the S being the cheaper of the two at £7,499. The SX model, which features the same 904cc parallel twin-cylinder engine and the S, is priced at £7,699.

Speaking of the engine, it delivers 93.8bhp at 9,000 rpm and 66.3 Ib ft of torque at 6,500 rpm. The engine is also certified to meet Euro 5+ emissions standards, with power fed through a 6-speed gearbox. Both bikes also get ride-by-wire throttle, traction control, a quickshifter and selectable ride modes.

Suspension is handled by long-travel Marzocchi adjustable USD forks at the front and a Marzocchi hydraulic monoshock at the rear. Stopping power is taken care of via a Brembo braking system that features dual 320mm discs with four-piston radial calipers at the front and a single 260mm disc at the rear, both backed by dual-channel ABS. 

The SRT 900 models come equipped with Bluetooth connectivity for screen mirroring, and turn-by-turn navigation. LED lighting is found throughout, while USB-A and USB-C charging ports are fitted as standard. Additionally, tubular steel crash bars and heavy-duty handguards are found aboard both bikes.

The SRT 900 S and SX bikes are available in a choice of three colours which are White/Black, Silver/Red and Black/Yellow.
