SINNIS has today (4 May 2022) announced the release of a limited edition of the T125 adventurer: the T125 Black Edition.

The T125 (the “T” stands for “Terrain”) is an adventure bike aimed at beginners, featuring a liquid-cooled, 125cc, Euro5-compliant, single-cylinder motor producing 12.7 horsepower and 10.5Nm of torque.

Sinnis’ T125 also features telescopic forks at the front, and a preload-adjustable rear shock, and the bike weighs 162kg on the kerb. A 14-litre fuel tank and a 42.5-litre luggage capacity, though, means you are able to maximise the bike’s power, which Sinnis says, “allow the Terrain 125 to hold a steady 60mph+ while fully loaded as well as inspiring confidence on the trails to stay in a low gear and push through the scenery ahead.”

Specs-wise, there is nothing new for the Black Edition T125, but it does come with pretty graphics on its satin black paint. The graphics are topographical, and feature the latitude and longitude of the Sinnis HQ in Brighton.

The additional price for the new colour (designated as “Basalt Black” by Sinnis) is £200. While the regular T125 has its pricing starts at £3,299, for the Black Edition pricing begins at £3,499.

For beginner adventurers, the T125 offers a good way to get into trail and more explorative riding, and te Black Edition certainly offers an aesthetically pleasing addition to that. Whether the extra £200 is worth it is up to you, but it is also worth noting that only 150 Black Editions will be made by Sinnis.

You can check out the T125 Black Edition for yourself on Sinnis’ website, here, and also find your closest Sinnis dealer, here.
