LS2 celebrates Fermin Aldeguer’s rookie MotoGP season with this replica helmet
LS2 has revealed a brand-new replica to celebrate Fermin Aldeguer’s impressive rookie MotoGP season in 2025.

So far the 2026 MotoGP season has proved difficult for Ducati and last year’s rookie sensation Fermin Aldeguer, however, that hasn’t stopped LS2 from bringing out a special design to celebrate the young Spaniard.
LS2 has introduced the new Aldeguer replica graphic aboard its flagship Thunder GP Aero carbon helmet, which is one of the most technically advanced helmets in the LS2 range.
The Thunder GP Aero’s 6K carbon twill shell combines “high penetration resistance and energy dispersion with an ultra-light construction”, according to LS2, with the helmet weighing just 1300 grams. LS2 also says that it is “among the lightest full-carbon road helmets available”.
The helmet is also fitted with a rear racing spoiler to keep the head stable at high speed. Additionally, the Thunder GP Aero makes use of a quick-release system derived from the company’s own race helmets, while the Aldeguer replica also includes a tinted race visor.

Ventilation ports are found on the chin, forehead and crown of the helmet, which also uses a breathable, hypoallergenic comfort liner that is removable and washable. For road use, the Thunder GP Aero is also compatible with LS2’s Spectrum Intercom system.
The helmet’s emergency release system allows first responders to remove the cheek pads quickly, albeit without disturbing the rider’s head and neck. Fastening is enhanced by the lid’s reinforced chin strap and double-d ring closure system.
The new design is inspired by the livery that was worn by the Spanish Ducati rider throughout 2025, a year which saw him claim his first MotoGP win at the Indonesian Grand Prix.
Aldeguer finished the season in eighth place, which saw him comfortably take home rookie of the year honours ahead of Trackhouse Racing’s Ai Ogura. His victory in Mandalika was also enough to see him become the second youngest MotoGP winner.
The LS2 Aldeguer replica is ECE 22.06 certified and ACU Gold approved for competition use. It will cost UK customers £499,99. More information on the helmet can be found on the official LS2 website.
