2026 Honda Gold Wing Tour gets colour facelift
Honda keeps updates to a minimum with the 2026 Gold Wing Tour.

Honda’s Gold Wing Tour is now available in three new colours for 2026, which continues a ‘light’ theme for the Japanese brand heading into the new model year.
Honda’s ongoing colour refresh might have got lost under the carpet at EICMA, especially when the Japanese brand revealed its all-new V3R 900 E-Compressor, CB1000 GT, and WN7 electric bike. However, who doesn’t love a colour refresh: Honda certainly does, as the 2026 Gold Wing Tour is among many models to have been gently touched up in that manner.
The three new colours are Candy Ardent Red, Gunmetal Black Metallic, and Pearl Deep Mud Gray.
Honda’s big-bodied luxury tourer celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2025, and in line with those celebrations, it was given several tweaks.

The audio and rider/pillion connectivity system was updated, as were the ECU settings. It also gained Euro5+ compliance for 2025.
Aside from the colour refresh, there are no further changes to the Gold Wing Tour for 2026. That means riders are treated to the same liquid-cooled, 1,883cc, horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine as before, which produces 127.7bhp at 5,500rpm and 125.3 Ib-ft of torque at 4,500rpm.
There are four riding modes available on the Gold Wing Tour, which are Sport, Econ, Rain, and unsurprisingly, Tour. The last of those is the base setting for “comfort and power”, according to Honda.

Alongside its Tour sibling, the standard Gold Wing model also gains a new colour for 2026, which is Matt Bullet Silver.
Both models are available with Honda’s Dual Clutch Transmission system, which has proven to be popular among customers worldwide. Honda claims it has sold over 280,000 DCT-equipped motorcycles in Europe since the system first launched on the VFR1200F in 2009.
The DCT system features seven speeds, with clutch feel, shift speed and up/downshifts tailored specifically to each riding mode. It also features a ‘creep’ forward and back function.
