Goodwood Festival of Speed has chosen Two Wheels for Life as its official charity partner for the 2024 edition of its much-loved motoring and motorsport event.

Two Wheels for Life uses motorcycles to help mobilise healthcare in Africa, ensuring the delivery of medical supplies and vaccines, and helping healthcare workers reach remote communities, ultimately helping to save lives.

The move to name the organisation as the official charity partner for this year will help to raise awareness, and of course funds, for its important cause.

To celebrate the partnership, Two Wheels for Life will be giving away a pair of tickets to the event: stay tuned to the Two Wheels’ social media channels to find out more and how you can get involved in this year’s event.

Speaking about the announcement, the founder of FoS, The Duke of Richmond, said:

“We have chosen the Two Wheels for Life charity for the 2024 Festival of Speed because it not only provides essential - and much needed - support for people in remote areas of Africa but also because they use motorcycles to reach those in need.

“After leaving school, I spent time working with a doctor in Africa in some of the most remote places so I am very aware of the challenges faced.

“Over the years, the Festival of Speed has become increasingly popular with bike racing fans who come to see their heroes from MotoGP, the Isle of Man TT and the British Superbike series. I have no doubt that all of our visitors this summer will want to help a charity that makes such good use of two wheels, away from roads and race tracks. I hope you will help us support such a good cause.”

This year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed will be taking place between 11th and 14th July 2024. More information can be found on the official website.
