Hand-built in the UK, this 2019 Norton Dominator Street is an ex-member of Richard Hammond’s illustrious motorcycle collection, and is heading to auction this summer.

The bike has received an estimate of £15,000 to £21,000 and is full of goodies, including Öhlins suspension, Brembo brakes and carbon fibre bodywork. It also houses a tubular steel frame for good measure.

According to the listing from Historics Auctioneers, the bike has only covered 4,429 miles and is presented in good condition.

While it’s rare to find a Norton Dominator model on the market, this is one of the brand’s most famous models from the pre-TVS comeback era. With the British-born company in the midst of making a major comeback, which has started with four new models including a 206 bhp Manx R superbike, motorcycles like the Dominator Street are quickly becoming collector’s items.

In terms of British motoring television personalities, it doesn’t get much better, or bigger, than Richard Hammond, which will likely make this Dominator stand out even more.

This particular example wears a Union Jack on the rear seat cowl, while the bike itself is powered by Norton’s 961cc air-cooled parallel-twin engine.

The bike will be part of the The Summer Serenade; Windsorview Lakes auction, with the sale taking place on July 18, at 9:30am BST.

It will also be joined by several other motorcycles, all of which are considerably older than the Domi. Going up for sale will be a 1978 Kawasaki Z1000, a Suzuki GT550 from 1976 and a 2000 Honda Dax ST50.
