Diamond Atelier, a German custom build company, has revealed the bike used for its newest limited edition run.
Diamond Atelier (DA) has revealed its new ultra-limited run of ten Urban21 motorcycles, which are custom built using BMW R nineT models as the foundation.
DA is a premium custom motorcycle and cafe racer manufacturer, based in Munich, Germany. As part of its latest build, the Urban21 has undergone a full transformation, with the company claiming the models used were made from all-new parts.
“Each bike of this batch is based on a fresh 0km BMW R nineT”, said the company. “It is entirely built up from all new parts. We wanted to create a bike that could roll out of BMW’s production line if only we were to design [it].”

As part of the custom build, each Urban21 model gets a Motogadget speedometer. Fellow German company Kellermann is behind the Atto Dark indicators, while Metzeler Racetec K3 semi slick road legal tyres were fitted front and rear.
DA has fitted an adjustable Wilbers shock at the rear, to go alongside the USD forks up front. Delivering the bikes’ sweet sound is an Arrow exhaust system, while braking is taken care of by Brembo.
When it comes to customising your own model, buyers can get the Urban21 equipped with exclusive CNC machined aluminium valve covers, which are anodised in black. However, these are only available on Urban21 bikes, not other custom bikes from the manufacturer.

Further customisation is available on the Urban21 motorcycle with a custom paint job or the hand sewn leather seat. You can also choose between multiple wheels and tyre options, different exhaust systems, air filters, and suspension setups. The small caveat to all this is that building your own Urban21 starts at €35,000 (around £30,280).
To get in touch with the company and customise your Urban21, you can do so by visiting the official Diamond Atelier website.
