It’s not all that often we see beautiful Italian motorcycles hit the market at a very agreeable price, but that’s exactly what we have here with not one, but two Aprilia Tuono 1100 factory bikes. Wheels in Peterborough is offering a brace of brand new Tuono 1100 bikes including the more expensive white, black and gold version (officially called ‘Ultra Gold’), and the white, black and red colourway known as ‘Speed White’.

Both bikes are available at a HUGE discount, with the latter advertised at £14,495 than the RRP. The Ultra Gold bike is available for £14,995, making them both very attractive options if you’re in the market for a naked bike with flair, speed and performance ready to be unleashed on track.

Aprilia also has its own reduced price for the Tuono 1100 Factory bike which is £16,700 - down from £18,000 - at the moment, but the motorcycles on offer from Wheels are currently cheaper. Both bikes are equipped with the stock Akrapovic exhaust, and are fitted with Ohlins forks on the front-end. They both have Aprilia’s integrated winglets and a MotoGP-style swingarm to make you more comfortable on track.

A bike that was designed for the track but is a very good road bike, the Tuono 1100 Factory is one of Aprilia’s most hyped up machines and these types of offers don’t come around often on brand new bikes. The bike also makes a whopping 175bhp and 89Ib ft. That’ll do.

These two bikes fall in the middle of Aprilia’s impressive Tuono range, with the standard V4 and the special edition Tuono V4 SE-09 WSBK machine which was introduced as a collector’s item and inspired by Max Biaggi claiming the Italian brand’s first victory in World Superbike

The Tuono model was first launched in 2012 and has seen various updates since, most notably in 2022, with technological and aesthetic changes. When we reviewed the bike, it was clear that the bike did many things very well, while the Ohlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension was the pick of the bunch as it allowed you to get the most from the bike on the road and when pushing it harder on track.
