WP Suspension has revealed a new Apex Pro package, which brings racing tech to the new KTM 1390 Super Duke RR Track as standard.

KTM’s new 1390 Super Duke RR Track is the closest thing to naked MotoGP bike that the company has produced, and WP Suspension is one of the reasons why.

First there was the 1390 Super Duke RR, which KTM revealed earlier this month. However, it was soon toppled by the Track variant which was unveiled one week later.

The new Apex Pro package from WP Suspension brings the highest level of racing technology to both of these models, although it comes as a standard feature on only one of them.

It’s the 1390 Super Duke RR Track which gets that honour, while the system is available with the RR and R models as an aftermarket add-on.

The new system also features a cartridge that uses a Tecterra inner tube coating, which is designed to offer roughly double the hardness of traditional chrome coatings. In turn, that should offer more protection against dust, sand, and debris, too.

Designed with track riding in mind, the Apex Pro fork is complemented by a rear shock that offers superior grip and rear-end stability, according to WP Suspension.

The WP Apex Pro system offers plenty of adjustability, including high- and low-speed compression damping, rebound adjustment, hydraulic spring preload, and length adjustment in order to suit different riding styles.

The new KTM 1390 Super Duke RR Track also features a superbike-spec braking system from Brembo, once again highlighting its premium feel. Priced at £32,999, the bike will be produced in just 100 units worldwide.

The 2026 KTM 1390 Super Duke RR Track marks the first time the Super Duke name has been produced solely as a track-only machine, and as a result it gains slightly more power and torque than the 1390 Super Duke RR.
