OFFERING big bike styling in a learner legal motorcycle is the new SYM Wolf 125Ni.
Priced at £2999 the naked Taiwanese bike lists a halogen headlight and L.E.D rear light unit, a blue L.C.D dash that displays; the selected gear, trip meter, fuel gauge, clock and the regular information required, amongst its notable features.
The fuel-injected 125 engine with a bore and stroke of 56.5 x 49.5mm and 10.0:1 compression is capable of a legal 60mph. Braking at the front is from a single disc with a twin piston caliper and braided hoses with a drum at the rear on five-spoke alloy wheels. Overall the Wolf 125 hits the scales 145kg at curb weight.
SYM also have a budget version, the Wolf SB125N. A base of the Ni the cheaper model takes away the fuel injection, featuring a traditional carburettor instead, but keeps the rest of the specifications.
