Helmet maker Airoh has introduced a new Bandit edition which can be used as either a touring or adventure style helmet.

The helmet comes in a traditional full face road-going style, as well as the on-off look which is the same helmet but it features a removable motocross-style peak.

Airoh says the Bandit’s two-in-one design can “transform from an adventure to a road helmet in a few seconds”. The helmet features four main ventilation ports which are found on top of the lid, the chin and sides, and the rear spoilers.

The helmet is also equipped with a visor that incorporates anti-scratch treatment and UV protection, while a locking system and integrated sun visor are also housed by the Bandit helmet.

The Bandit houses the company’s most advanced safety technology, including the ASN (AIROH Sliding Net) system and the AEFR (AIROH Emergency Fast Release) system.

The new lid meets ECE22.06 safety regulations and is available in a size XS all the way up to XXXL. The helmet features a weight of 1660g and is made of HRT thermoplastic material. The Bandit is also compatible with Airoh's AWC 4 and AWC 2 communication systems.

All helmet orders made between August 6 and the 24 on the Airoh website will be shipped from August 26 onwards. For more information about the Bandit helmet, head to the official Airoh website.
