MV Agusta moves spare parts handling over to DHL
MV Agusta has revealed a new partnership with DHL that aims to fix spare parts delays and make logistics operations more efficient.

Spare parts delays could be a thing of the past for MV Agusta, as a new partnership with DHL Supply Chains means logistics operations and the Italian brand’s spare parts warehouse will be managed by DHL.
This comes after MV Agusta regained full control of its operations including distribution, development, and more, following its split from KTM in 2025, less than one year after MV Agusta was bought by Pierer Mobility.
The idea behind the new strategic partnership is to improve efficiency, precision and its customer experience, through improved management of spare parts and accessories logistics.
At the end of 2025, the entire spare parts warehouse and logistics operations of MV Agusta were fully transitioned to DHL Supply Chain. The company now officially manages all storage activities, while DHL Express continues to handle distribution.

There are three key areas that the partnership with DHL aims to address, according to MV Agusta. This includes “more efficient order management, guaranteed on-time delivery [and] concrete solutions to past availability challenges that have affected dealers and customers”.
MV Agusta is also implementing new IT systems to improve inventory accuracy and responsiveness. Once again, the goal with this strategy is to improve the overall customer experience.
Speaking about the new agreement, Luca Martin, CEO of MV Agusta, said:
“Partnering with DHL marks a pivotal step in our commitment to delivering not only extraordinary motorcycles, but also an ownership experience that reflects our brand’s excellence and customer-centric approach. This collaboration allows us to align logistics performance with the high expectations of our global customer base and dealer network.”
