Moto Morini has revealed its newest small-capacity adventure model for the UK, the Alltrhike 450, which offers an impressive spec-sheet along with a very affordable price.

The new model is available to A2 licence holders and will cost customers £5,299, making it a cheaper alternative than KTM’s new 390 Adventure R and Adventure X models.

It is available in a total of three colourways, including a Pure White option which is the only variant featured on the ‘High Equipped’ version. The premium package offers riders a centre stand as standard, along with heated grips, a heated seat, and hand guards.

At the heart of the new model is a 449cc liquid-cooled parallel twin engine that produces 45bhp at 8,500rpm and 31Ib-ft of torque at 6,250rpm. The engine is paired with a Bosch injection system and is fully Euro5+ compliant. It also makes use of an 18.5-litre fuel tank, giving riders plenty of options to spend long days in the saddle.

The chassis is composed of a steel trellis frame that’s paired with an aluminium swingarm. KYB handles the bike’s suspension setup, with a 41mm fully-adjustable upside-down front fork offering 208mm of travel. The rear is supported by a monoshock with progressive linkage that provides 190mm of travel.

Stopping power is handled by J.Juan, with a four-piston radial calliper chomping down on a single 320mm front disc. At the rear is a twin-piston calliper paired with a 255mm disc. The braking setup is supported by a dual-channel ABS system that can be deactivated at the rear for off-road use.

Tech is headed up by a 5-inch TFT display that includes plenty of useful information, as well as an integrated navigation system and dual USB and USB-C ports. The bike also features an adjustable windshield and a dual seat with variable rear tilt to accommodate different rider needs. Additionally, the bike gets a seat height of 840mm and a dry weight of 190kg.
