Kawasaki’s MXGP title-winning KX450 available with £500 discount
Customers can now save £500 on any Kawasaki KX450 model, which is the same machine that powered Romain Febvre to the 2025 MXGP world title.
Kawasaki’s world title-winning KX450 is now available with a special offer if you buy the bike before September 30.
The offer sees customers that buy any KX450 model save £500, this includes models from different years, not just the 2026 version.
The 2026 KX450 is powered by a liquid-cooled single that is mated to a five-speed gearbox. It also makes use of a double-cradle steel frame, while front wheel travel comes in at 305mm, which is just 2mm shorter than the setup at the rear.
The bike features a seat height of 960mm, while ground clearance is set at 365mm. Additionally, the KX450 can hold up to 6.2 litres of fuel on a full tank, and comes with a ready-to-ride weight of 113 kg.
Braking is handled by a Brembo dual-piston caliper that bites down on a 270mm single disc up front, while the rear comprises a slightly smaller 240mm single disc, which is paired to a single-piston caliper.
Suspension is taken care of via 49mm inverted front forks that offer adjustable compression and rebound damping. Out back is a new Uni-Trak shock with adjustable dual-range (high/low-speed) compression damping, adjustable rebound damping and preload.
While the new £500 offer is available until September 30, and across any model year KX450, it remains subject to stock availability.
Romain Febvre, who is set to join Ducati for the 2027 and 2028 MXGP seasons, is once again racing the KX450 in 2026 and currently sits third in the championship, despite having not won any of the individual races so far this year.
The MXGP class is once again proving to be very competitive, with Febvre’s Kawasaki joined by KTM, Honda and Yamaha bikes inside the top four positions in the championship.
