Indian partners with Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde to offer adjustable exhaust sounds
Indian Motorcycle has agreed a major deal with adjustable exhaust specialists Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Indian Motorcycle has agreed a major deal with Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde, which in simple terms, means riders can change the exhaust note every time they head out for a ride.
The new partnership means Indian Motorcycle customers can benefit from the company’s electronically adjustable exhausts, offering riders the option of three different street-legal sounds.
Each exhaust note features its own distinct personality, and are characterised as the Dr. Jekill mode, the Dynamic mode and the Mr. Hyde mode.

All of the company’s adjustable exhaust systems are fully compliant with European laws, and are ECE, EG-BE and TÜV approved.
A full range of Dr. Jekill & Mr Hyde exhausts will be provided to official Indian Motorcycle dealerships across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Full training and technical support for staff members will also be provided, while the agreement covers the full Indian Motorcycle range, “supporting current models from 2014 onwards and future model introductions”, says the American bike maker.
The model line-ups from the 2026 range that can be equipped with Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde exhaust systems include the Indian Scout, the Indian Chief, and the PowerPlus Baggers and Tourers.

The Scout is one of the most iconic members of the Indian Motorcycle family, and is its most successful platform to date. Scout models including the Sport Scout RT, 101 Scout, Super Scout, Scout Bobber, and Scout Classic are all powered by the brand’s liquid-cooled 1,250cc SpeedPlus V-Twin power unit. Meanwhile, the Scout Sixty line-up features a smaller 999cc version of the SpeedPlus V-Twin engine.
