Indian Motorcycle has taken the covers off its latest 'Forged' series build
Indian Motorcycle has unveiled its second custom build as part of the 2025 Forged series, with the Chieftain PowerPlus model once again chosen for the initiative.

One week after producing a blacked-out Chieftain PowerPlus model for professional skateboarder, Ryan Sheckler, Indian Motorcycle and custom build experts Forever Rad have teamed up to create a fully bespoke bagger for country music singer, Tyler Hubbard.
The custom build was centred around a Chieftain PowerPlus once again, as part of the 2025 Forged series.
Built from the ground up, the custom Chieftain PowerPlus cruiser was modified in every way possible as it received a Cerakoted motor, and carbon fibre fenders.
Forever Rad, which is led by custom bike builder Kyle Bertsch, integrated everything in-house, while suspension is provided by fellow American company Big Bear. The bike has also benefited from Kraus handlebars and risers, a Saddlemen’s signature seat, and the latest Baja Designs LP6 lighting system.

The Chieftain PowerPlus features a 1834cc V-Twin engine that’s been further enhanced with Forever Rad’s exclusive Santoro engine bolt Chacho Kit. An S&S Stealth intake with a billet Forever Rad cover is paired with a one-off stainless two-into-one HPI exhaust.
The OEM frame was also reworked, while suspension upgrades include black DLC-coated fork tubes, fully adjustable Big Bear front cartridges, and a Big Bear rear shock with remote preload, compression and rebound adjustability.
Cerakoted SMT retro series wheels are matched with Metzeler Marathon 888 tires, with Brembo brakes found at the front and rear.

“We went all out on this build,” said Bertsch. “From a raw motor on a lift to what you see now, every bolt, every coating, every colour choice was intentional. We set this bike up to be tall, aggressive, and fast. Basically, take a street bike, turn it into a race bike, but keep it comfortable, so that you can kind of have the best of both worlds.”
“It’s been a team effort, which is super important to us at the shop. It really takes a lot of dedication and talented people to be able to pull something like that off. It’s probably been the most fulfilling project we’ve ever done because we did it in a short period of time and we just knocked it out of the park.”
Hubbard is best known for his role as one half of the popular Florida Georgia Line music duo, alongside Brian Kelly, before the pair split in 2021.
