Design a Honda and see it become a reality at EICMA

Honda will hold a public vote to crown the winner of its new online design initiative, which will then be produced as a real motorcycle at this year’s EICMA show.

Honda’s new Dream Garage initiative will let you design your own custom GB350S or CB500 Hornet, before it unveils the winning concept as a one-off motorcycle at the 2025 EICMA trade show, in November.

All you need to do to enter the contest and have the chance of seeing your own creation become a real bike, is visit the Dream Garage page on the official Honda website, and start building your bike.

“Honda’s innovative tool that lets you customise your motorcycle like never before,” said the Japanese brand about its new project. “Explore bold colours, sleek tones, and immersive backgrounds to create a ride that truly reflects your style.

“Honda Dream Garage is an interactive experience designed for creativity and engagement. Visualise your dream Honda in different settings and bring your vision to the digital world.”

You will have the chance to pick from various colour combinations and unique sketches available from Honda, and choose from various frame types including glossy, matt, and more.

But it’s not just a case of customising one of these two bikes and then being done, you will need to share your saved project on social media and include #HondaDreamGarage on your post. That’s very important, as without it you will not be considered. Your post with the hashtag must also be shared before September 21.

We at Visordown couldn’t resist playing around with the easy-to-use tool, which led to designing this light blue, glossy version of the GB350S, as well as a dark red and black CB500 Hornet.

Designers will also have the ability to view their project in either a ‘day’ or ‘night’ mode, with the latter offering a view of the bike with its headlight turned on. A dynamic anime mode is also available to view your design before sharing it online.
