Deal of the Week: Up To £3,000 Off A KTM Naked Bike
KTM is still offering chunky discounts on its 2023 model year bikes

54 years 8 monthsKTM seems to be as aggressive with its discounts as it is with its marketing. On the latter front it’s all ‘no bulls**t’ this and ‘no bulls**t’ that, while on the former, the Austrian brand frequently knocks a lot of money off its bikes.
With that in mind, it’s no surprise to see another ‘deal of the week’-worthy discount from KTM, and while last time it concerned smaller bikes, this time it’s for the bigger stuff. The brand is continuing its ‘Street Deals’ that could save you anything up to £3,000. Perhaps the most tempting deal of the lot involves a smaller saving, though. If you’re happy going for a 2023 model year 790 Duke rather than 2024, you can save £1,000.
Rolling away from the dealership in one of the rowdiest middleweight naked bikes for a mere £6,995 is tempting indeed. You could splash out on the infamous Tech Pack to unlock the quickshifter, and still be a few hundred quid better off than if you’d bought a 2024 bike without.
Yes, this bike is made by CF Moto in China rather than Austria like other KTMs, but having ridden both, we can confirm you really can’t notice the difference in terms of quality. But if you’d prefer something made in KTM’s homeland, you can also get a grand off either an 890 Duke R or Duke GP.
For the full-fat £3,000 saving, you’ll need to opt for either a 1290 Super Duke R or 1290 Super Duke R Evo. For the former, you’re getting the V-twin powered wheelie monster for £13,999. Yes, the new 1390 Super Duke R is a big step forward in many ways, but it’s also £4,000 more. Again, you can spend what you save on the Tech Pack and still have a load of money left over for fuel and, erm, rear tyres.
Stock availability varies depending on the dealer, so you may need to travel to snag your chosen bike.
