No, it’s not Ai, it’s the SWM Bumblebee
Aside from the reveal of Honda V3R, another bike from a relative unknown was making waves at EICMA with the SWM Bumblebee Concept.

SWM revealed probably the oddest motorcycle of EICMA 2025, when it pulled the wraps off its SWM Bumblebee Concept.
The inspiration for the bike clearly comes from the TV and movie franchise, Transformers, with the cutesy transforming bright yellow car lending more than just its name to the machine.

Beneath the Judge Dredd aesthetic, though, lies a bike we actually know a little bit about, and that you can actually buy in some parts of Europe; the SWM Stormbreaker V 1200.

That means the bike is powered by a 1,200cc 45-degree V-twin, which pumps out a whimsical 60bhp and 67 lb ft - not quite enough to outrun an enraged Megatron, then. You get 49mm forks at the front, twin shocks at the rear, and dual 280mm discs and four-pot calipers at the business end of the bike. You might be wanting for some larger discs if you are into taking part in spirited riding, though, as the stock Stormbraker tips the scales at a chunky 260kg - we can only assume that the Bumblebee Concept, with all its neo-retro, steam-punk bells and whistles, will be a bit more than that.

Tech-wise, it’s not clear what the bike actually has and what is simply two-wheeled concept-bike jewellery. We can see a kind of dash, although it looks more chrome than TFT. Perhaps it’s some kind of Spark-powered HMI drawing power from the same life force that keeps the Transformers fighting the powers of evil. But probably not.

Now, while the chances of seeing one of these on the roads is slim, Motornieuws reports that the European concern is keeping the door to production ajar just a bit – proof, perhaps, that the idea hasn’t quite rolled out for good.
