MOTOGP SUPERSTAR Valentino Rossi posted the eighth fastest time of the day during his first ride aboard his 2011 Ducati MotoGP bike.
In front of an eager throng of journalists, photographers and Rossifumi, the maestro took to the track wearing yellow-black leathers, riding an all-black, coo-as-you-like carbon fibre clad Ducati.
Rossi took the event in his stride, posting faster lap times as the sessions progressed.
