EUROPE’S largest motorcycle clothing and accessory mail order and online retailer has launched a new collection for 2021 to commemorate the man that founded the company.
The Detlev Louis collection features classically styled products that hark back to the bygone golden age of motorcycle riding, with a simple, no-frills design ethos, supple leather, and textile used and manufactured in a modern way.
The Louis Moto story started 80 years ago after Detlev Louis founded a small motorcycle repair shop in Hamburg Germany. The shop quickly grew, boosted by the uptake of motorcycles in the post-war era, until in 1990 it became a European distribution hub for motorcycling’s top apparel and equipment brands.
