Reports in India have shone light on when we could see the all-new Royal Enfield Himalayan 750, and to spoil the surprise, it might be at EICMA.

Car&Bike says a production version of the Himalayan 750 will make its debut at the trade show in Milan, Italy, which takes place on 4-9 November. The same report also states that the new Himalayan is expected to be showcased at the Motoverse event in Goa, India, which is scheduled to be held on 21-23 November.

Last year Royal Enfield used EICMA to show off its Classic 650 bike, launch the Bear 650 and reveal its new Flying Flea electric model.

The new Himalayan 750 has already piqued a lot of interest thanks to spy shots surfacing in India, ahead of arriving in the company’s line-up as one of its first-ever 750cc motorcycles.

Not to mention the already existing Himalayan 450, the new 750 model is expected to be joined by a Him-E electric ADV sibling although it's unclear when that might be.

What do we know about the new Himalayan 750?

Spy shots of the new machine have mostly pointed towards an off-road-ready bike, however, a more road-going version was spotted in the summer wearing cast wheels as opposed to the spoked ones we saw from the more off-road version. More recent shots within the Indian media have backed up the notion that a road-ready model is thought to be on the cards.

This could all be speculation. That said, a Himalayan 750 tailored more towards the road, alongside an off-road version, would likely appeal to more riders. Time will tell, but we could get some clarity at EICMA.
