Honda has just unveiled two special edition CRF300L off-roaders that have been designed in collaboration with RedMoto, which supports the factory Honda Racing World Enduro team.

The new CRF300L Red Edition is designed to offer greater off-road capabilities than the standard model, while the Red Edition Evo is believed to be even more off-road focussed. All of that said, the new bikes were revealed by Honda Italia, and will likely be available exclusively for the Italian market.

One of the main features behind the new special edition models is the expanded tyre selection, which offers the choice between dual and off-road rubber.

The suspension has also been updated, with cartridge forks and Öhlins shock absorbers part of the setup. Additionally, an AXP skid plate and Pirelli MT21 RallyCross tyres are included as standard equipment.

The CRF300L Red Edition Evo also features Ergal footpegs, a bimetal rear sprocket and racing handlebar. Furthermore, blue silicone radiator hoses and various red anodised aluminium parts have been fitted, too. The new CRF300L special edition models will be available to order from May 2026.

On the engine front, the 286cc single-cylinder engine is said to benefit from technical improvements that offer more power and smoother delivery.

In standard form the CRF300L produces a power output of 27bhp at 8,500rpm and maximum torque of 19.6 Ib-ft at 6,500rpm.

As well as the new CRF300L Red Edition, Honda Italia also used the recent Motodays show in Rome to unveil HRC-liveried SH125i and SH150i scooters. The special series will be produced in just 500 units.
