New Ducati Superleggera V4 Centenario announcement confirmed
Ducati seems to be on the cusp of announcing 2026’s halo bike, as a new Superleggera V4 Centenario is teased.

Ducati has released a teaser video on social media, confirming the news a new Superleggera V4 Centenario is in the works.
The Superleggera (which translates to ‘super light’ in English) has been the pinnacle of Ducati sports bike ownership ever since the page turned on the MotoGP-derived Desmosedici. Previous Superleggeras have been lighter, more powerful, and equipped with even more WorldSBK-spec components than their Panigale V4 siblings. They have also been super limited, with just 500 numbered editions being made, and incredibly expensive – you wouldn’t get much change from £100,000 if you bought a 2020 edition.

The 'Centenario' part of the bike's name obviously relates to Ducati's 100th anniversary, which is taking place this year. With that in mind, it seems sensible for Ducati to go above and beyond with this year's top-tier offering.
The teaser Ducati has released is typically short and sweet. It simply shows the black anodised top clamp of the bike, as a laser engraving machine etches the words ‘SUPERLEGGERA V4 CENTENARIO’ into it. The video is accompanied by the date March 26, when we should learn all the specs, tech, and features of the new machine.
Stay tuned for all the details as soon as we have them.
