CCM Motorcycles is having quite the Blockbuster year having gotten the ‘call back’ to star in not one, but two major Hollywood films being released this Summer.

However, it isn’t letting superstardom get to its head(lights) with the launch of two new models at this weekend’s hallowed Goodwood Festival of Speed that celebrate the independent British firm’s 50 year anniversary.

As such, on Thursday 8 July [tomorrow] CCM will pull the covers off the CCM Street Tracker and the CCM Street Moto.

The roots of the two models are clear to see even before you consider those wraps will be pulled by 12-times World Trials Champion Dougie Lampkin. Indeed, Motocross and Trials formed the basis of CCM’s origins some 50 years ago in 1971 with the range available today showcasing that humble DNA of cool styling in a retro silhouette.

The CCM Street Tracker - in the company’s own words - ‘passes resemblance to CCM’s of old’ with its aggressive stance, black 19-inch Haan wheels and flat track rubber.

The CCM Street Moto, meanwhile, swaps out for 17-inch wheels and is designed to be more of a plaything around more challenging B-roads.

In addition to these two new models, CCM will be showcasing a specially commissioned version of the Street Tracker decked out in Monochrome Red Bull livery.

If you’re not heading to Goodwood then you can see plenty of CCM goodness on the big screen with the Spitfire currently performing a starring role in the latest Marvel Avengers spin-off, Black Widow starring Scarlett Johansson and Florence Pugh.

If that doesn’t take your fancy then in September, it can be seen again in the Mark Wahlberg film ‘Infinite’ where CCM happily points out the Spitfire performs its own stunts with no need for a ‘body double’.

We can’t possibly think which ‘shaken not stirred’ rival CCM is nodding to with that statement...
