It may be down to climate change, it may be not, but after a British summer as hot as that of 2026, you’ll probably be thinking of investing in a good, powerful cooling fan for your garage or home workshop. 

And this heavy duty but lightweight and portable high output fan from Clarke is a great example of exactly that. 

To give it its full name, it’s the Clarke CAM20R 20” High Output Orbital Drum Fan (230V), is available through Machine Mart (both in-store and online) and is priced at a very reasonable £83.98.

It’s three-blade rotor is made from aluminium with a diameter of 508mm (20in) which is protected by a painted steel guard for safety. It weighs just 7kg ensuring that it’s also easily portable allowing you to position it appropriately in your workspace.
