This US auction is full of glorious motorcycles

A motorcycle auction in the US features a line-up of bikes that’s simply unmissable, including two very rare Ducatis.

A huge motorcycle auction is taking place in Las Vegas later this month, and the line-up of bikes is one of the best we’ve seen for some time - and no, none of them have come from the Ryan Wedding haul that was uncovered in Mexico…

Here’s five of the most must-have bikes available as part of the auction, which takes place between January 27 to the 31.

1973 Honda GB350G

Starting off our list is this unique Honda GB350G model, which features a 325cc parallel-twin engine that produces a claimed 36 hp (35.5bhp).

While the new GB350S, which was crowned Best A2 Bike in our 2025 Visordown Awards, is a much more modern motorcycle, some style similarities are clearly visible between the two. They include the long single-shaped seat, its open engine face, and oval-shaped headlight.

This 1973 GB350G model is also dressed in a ‘Flying Dragon’ paint which was designed by Honda's department of Special Projects.

2025 Ducati Streetfighter V4 Supreme

Chances are, if you’ve fancied buying yourself a Ducati Streetfighter V4 at some point, you will have come across the Supreme edition on the company’s UK website, which costs a whopping £42,000.

The Streetfighter V4 is effectively a Panigale V4 stripped of its fairings, while the Supreme edition is highly decorated in premium parts and special paint and finishes. Marchesini forged wheels, Brembo brakes, Bosch Cornering ABS, and Öhlins suspension are all present as part of the Streetfighter V4 Supreme’s impressive spec sheet. This particular model has just three miles on the clock, and its 1,103cc Desmodromic V4 engine delivers 208 hp (around 205bhp) and 90 Ib-ft of torque.

The design was carried out by Ducati and Aldo Drudi, who is the man behind Valentino Rossi’s helmet designs.

2016 P-51 Combat Fighter

Third on this list is a 2016 Confederate P-51 Combat Fighter, which is distinctive for multiple reasons, none of which are more obvious than its sharp, aggressive looks.

But beyond its appearance, the bike is a very rare commodity as it’s number 12 of just 31 P-51 machines that were produced wearing a machined billet aluminium "Blonde" style. It’s also one of 61 P-51 Combat Fighters that were made that year.

Suspension comes in the form of fully adjustable double wishbone front forks, while the rear comprises a cantilever swingarm setup, with an adjustable Race Tech monoshock.

1959 BSA Spitfire

This 1959 BSA Spitfire is one of the many British-built beauties that formed part of Richard Wolcott McEnally’s classic bike collection, which was home to more than 150 motorcycles.

The collection is full of historic bikes, including a range of Nortons, Matchless, Triumph and BSA motorcycles, among others.

This 1959 Spitfire features a stunning Sky Blue over chrome fuel tank with gold pinstripes, and Red and Gold BSA “stacked rifles” badges. There’s also a BSA Spitfire Scrambler decal positioned on the tank. It makes use of a 646cc OHV parallel-twin engine, which is paired to a four-speed gearbox.

1984 Ducati Mike Hailwood Replica

Last but certainly not least on this list is a 1984 Mike Hailwood Ducati replica, which is a bike that was created to celebrate Hailwood’s famous Isle of Man TT win in 1978.

Paired with a five-speed gearbox, this 1984 replica features a 973cc air-cooled Desmodromic L-Twin engine that produces a claimed 76 hp (74.9bhp).

Suspension comes via Marzocchi, with 38mm front forks and twin shocks at the rear. The bike has approximately 7,278 miles on the clock.

You can see the full line-up of bikes by heading over to the official Mecum Auctions website.
