Ducati appoints Fabrizio Cazzoli as Global Sales & After Sales Director
Ducati has promoted Fabrizio Cazzoli to Global Sales & After Sales Director, with the experienced executive also joining the company's Board of Management.

Ducati has appointed Fabrizio Cazzoli as its new Global Sales & After Sales Director, with the long-serving executive also joining the company's Board of Management. The appointment was announced today, July 23, from Ducati's headquarters in Borgo Panigale, Bologna.
Cazzoli succeeds Francesco Milicia, who is leaving the role to take up a new position elsewhere within the wider Volkswagen Group.
Having first joined Ducati in logistics, Cazzoli has spent much of his career with the Italian manufacturer, progressing through commercial and international roles. He has previously led Ducati Japan, spent time at Maserati, and later returned to Ducati to oversee key markets including China and the UK.

In his new position, Cazzoli will oversee Ducati's global sales and aftersales operations across 86 countries. He will be responsible for the company's commercial strategy, managing its 13 National Sales Companies alongside its network of independent distributors, while also overseeing functions including business development, aftersales, service, CRM, customer experience and dealer training.
Ducati CEO Claudio Domenicali said Cazzoli's experience within the business and across international markets made him the right person for the job.

"Fabrizio is a true Ducatista," said Domenicali. "He spent the early years of his career in Borgo Panigale and then gained direct experience across several markets, giving him a deep understanding of what makes the Ducati experience unique and special. This is particularly important at such a complex time for the market."
Domenicali also thanked outgoing Global Sales & After Sales Director Francesco Milicia for his contribution, saying he had achieved "outstanding results" during his time with the company.

The management reshuffle also brings changes closer to home for UK customers. Sara Falzolgher, Ducati's current Marketing and Communications Director, will take over responsibility for the UK, Ireland, Sweden and Norway markets, replacing Cazzoli in that role.
The appointments continue Ducati's recent strategy of promoting from within, with both Cazzoli and Falzolgher bringing years of experience across the company's international operations.
