Honda to celebrate MotoGP history with series of films and live events
Honda has confirmed a new MotoGP-inspired campaign which will feature a series of films, digital content and live events.

Honda is set to celebrate its rich history in MotoGP through a new campaign called, The Dream. The Challenge.
The campaign will feature a series of films, digital content and live events, which are scheduled to take place throughout the second half of 2026.
While Honda’s Grand Prix success will be a major focus of the campaign, so will the challenges that come with racing at the highest level. Additionally, it will also dive into the challenges that lie ahead as MotoGP gets set to welcome the new 850cc era, which will also include 100 per cent sustainable fuel for the first time.

Honda’s Grand Prix journey began in 1959, making it the first Japanese company to feature in a Grand Prix world championship. Honda would ultimately join the 500cc class by 1966.
Since then, Honda has become the most successful manufacturer in the MotoGP/500cc class, winning a total of 25 world championships. It is also the most successful company across all the Grand Prix classes combined, with 72 world titles to its name, 24 more than Yamaha.

Koji Watanabe - President of Honda Racing Corporation, said this about the new campaign:
“The Power of Dreams brought us to the Isle of Man in 1959 and started an incredible journey in Grand Prix racing. Our adventure started with the 125cc RC142 and our challenge would grow across all classes, joining the premier class in 1966 and earning the incredible achievement of five Constructor Championships in a single year.
“Inside HRC, we are of course incredibly proud of our history and through the second half of 2026, we will be celebrating not only our achievements but also the challenges we have overcome.”
Updates regarding the campaign can be found on the official Honda Racing website.
