HJC RPHA 60 receives new Spielberg Red Bull Ring design
HJC has revealed a new design aboard its RPHA 60 helmet, which captures the essence of the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg.

An active start to 2026 has continued for popular helmet maker HJC, which has spruced up its RPHA 60 range with a new Red Bull Ring design.
The new lid now features the track layout on both sides of the helmet and at the rear, but interestingly, it is the older circuit layout rather than the new one.
If you’re a keen fan of MotoGP, you will probably remember that in 2022 the circuit underwent a pretty significant change, as a new chicane was introduced on the second of three main straights.
The chicane was added to reduce the risk of high-speed accidents, after a collision between Johann Zarco and Franco Morbidelli in 2020 nearly led to one of the worst accidents in MotoGP history. Valentino Rossi and Maverick Vinales were further up the track when both bikes came barrel-rolling back onto the circuit, nearly wiping out both riders. The still-crashing bikes missed Rossi and Vinales by literal millimetres.

As well as incorporating the circuit layout, the helmet also features the famous bull design that’s synonymous with the Red Bull Ring.
Unsurprisingly, the new lid has jumped straight to the top of the RPHA 60 range in terms of price, which comes in at €599 (around £519).
For that price, riders are getting a dual-sport helmet that benefits from HJC’s PIM (Premium Integrated Matrix) material, which uses high-strength resin and special fibre tissue as part of its construction.

The material is often used in the aircraft industry and for racing purposes, and it is designed to offer maximum performance, while keeping weight low and offering a high level of protection against impact.
It also features a double D-Ring chinstrap, crown and chin pads that are both removable and washable, as well as Bluetooth compatibility with HJC’s SMART 11B, 21B and 50B systems.
